Asistente De Reclutamiento (Bilingüe)

We are looking for a Indirect Recruitment Assistant.
**Functions**
Support the Indirect Recruitment Department with the following activities:
- Job posting in different job boards.
- Job references.
- Application of psychometrics test trough system.
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate-advanced level of English.
- New graduate of professional career: Organizational Psychology, Administration, Business Management or similar.
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in Recruitment (desirable).
