We are a U.S.-based remodeling and home improvement company looking for a proactive Appointment Setter & Virtual Assistant to support our sales and operations team.
This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with homeowners and vendors in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls with homeowners, suppliers, and partners in the U.S.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments for remodeling consultations.
- Follow up on estimates, pending approvals, payments, and service confirmations.
- Qualify leads and provide basic explanations of remodeling services.
- Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM.
- Document call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
- Coordinate callbacks and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations teams.
