ASM ( Area Sales Manager).
Basic Function:
Plans, organizes and coordinates all activities for achievement of Sales KPIs, as per company objective.
Ensures Cost controls and Profit maximization in the assigned territory by developing an efficient network of dealers.
Operations / Job Responsibility: Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines.
Carryout all operations as per ENGRO FERTILIZERS LTD policies & procedures, Business Ethics
Operate as per standards which are in compliance with law of the land.
Ensure Sales volumes of all Brands as per approved Sales Plan in the assigned territory.
Monitor and Steward market shares for all products/brands in the assigned territory.
Monitor and Steward controllable expenses for the assigned territory.
Provide support to RSM in developing sales strategy for the area.
Effectively develop and plan smart travel loops, for economic coverage of territory.
