Asphalt Crew Member

Austek Roads (Victoria) is looking for Asphalt Crew Members to join our dynamic team based in Pakenham. We deliver high-quality asphalt surfacing, patching, and civil projects, with a strong reputation for reliability, performance, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the asphalt paving crew with the setup, operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment
• Ensuring the safe and efficient placement of asphalt material on project sites
• Performing manual labour tasks such as shovelling, raking and tamping asphalt
• Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
• Collaborating with the wider construction crew to deliver high-quality asphalt paving work
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
