Asphalt Milling Crew Foreman

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area. We are currently looking to hire an EXPERIENCED MILLING CREW FOREMAN to join our Asphalt Milling Division for the 2026 construction season.

This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience operating Wirtgen cold milling equipment
• experience in leadership roles,  managing crews, ordering materials, supplies, and trucking
• experience with various types of asphalt milling procedures, from highway work, to small in town tie ins
• strong leadership and decision making skills in fast paced, complex environments
• ability to work long hours, and day and nightshifts
• some out of town work is anticipated during the course of the season
• ensure crews work in a safe and productive manner
