**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate small equipment and hand tools on a variety of job sites consisting of milling, paving, grading.
+ Maintains housekeeping of job site and facilities, ensures equipment is in good working order
+ Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in asphalt paving, typical site work, grading, etc
+ Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Safety Manager.
+ Performs routine inspection and preventative and corrective maintenance on small equipment and hand tools if within abilities; escalates issues that are not repairable or safe.
