Job Description Job Description Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Scheduling and coordinating entire project start to finish On site instruction to subordinate employees Coordinate with Project Manager to secure manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics General inspection of workers, performance and safety Ensure both the health and safety project plans are implemented Effectively manage job site challenges such as weather conditions or emergencies Responsible for quality control Understand project scope and follow accordingly. Recognize additional work for Change Orders. Verify and sign off on daily quantities (materials/subcontractors/trucking/etc.) and time sheets provided by foremen Knowledge and Experience Must have superintendent experience in roadway and on-site paving experience.
