Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

:
  • Daily maintenance of the asphalt plant; greasing of bearings, adjusting belts

  • Inspect and grease asphalt conveyors, and ensure equipment is functioning properly

  • Shoveling, use of hand tools and other labour duties as assigned

  • Mechanically includes and working at heights; ability to climb silos

  • General asphalt and maintenance work

  • Other duties as required

    • Requirements:

  • 1-2 years related experience on a crusher, asphalt or concrete plant

  • Capable of using a shovel and rake

  • Knowledge of hand tools

  • Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Own vehicle and reliable transportation

  • Working hours may require
