Asphalt Plant Manager

Unimasters Conglomeration Inc. seeks an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager for our road construction operations in the Philippines. Will report to Piddig, Ilocos Norte, for training but will be deployed to Busuanga, Palawan or Catarman, Samar. Will oversee asphalt production to support overlay projects efficiently.​

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily asphalt batch plant operations: mix design, batching, quality testing, and equipment maintenance per industry standards.
• Optimize production output, monitor inventory (aggregates, bitumen), ensure safety protocols, and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and teams; prepare production reports, cost controls, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

• Possess practical knowledge and application of asphalt overlay operations
• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (PRC license preferred) with 5+ years managing asphalt plants or similar facilitie...
