ASPICE Process Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**

**Process Definition & Governance**

+ Define, document, and maintain engineering lifecycle processes
+ Ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and automotive frameworks
+ Establish clear process workflows, roles, and responsibilities

**Cross‑Functional Collaboration**

+ Partner with engineering, quality, cybersecurity and functional safety teams
+ Support globally distributed teams in consistent process adoption

**Continuous Improvement & Coaching**

+ Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Coach teams on standard processes, compliance expectations, and best practices

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
+ **5+ years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or development process management**
