**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications and production requirements.
+ Operate equipment and hand tools such as impact wrenches, drills, mallets, screwdrivers, pneumatic rivet guns, and other power tools as required.
+ Maintain a consistent and acceptable level of productivity under supervision while meeting production targets.
+ Produce quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and minimal quality issues.
+ Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
+ Accurately read and interpret assembly drawings, including dimensions, parts lists, assembly instructions, and critical-to-quality (CTQ) requirements.
+ Assemble products and operate equipment ergonomically correctly to support safe and efficient work practices.
