As a Radiator Shop technician, you will work closely with production line operators, line leaders, and supervisors within your immediate work area. Your interactions will extend to quality control teams who verify component standards, safety manager ensuring workplace protocols, and the maintenance team to support equipment needs. Your role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams to maintain manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

This position is responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly disassemble, assemble, and test components in the Radiator Shop.
