Assembler

Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an Assembler for their Clearwater, FL location. Responsibilities:

+ Perform hand assembly operations on CCAs: masking, component placement, lead forming, bonding, and staking per work instructions and engineering drawings.

+ Utilize precision tools (tweezer sets, microscopes, soldering irons, staking equipment, etc.) to achieve tight tolerances and proper alignment.

+ Conduct process inspections (visual, dimensional, continuity) and document results using inspection worksheets or electronic data capture systems.

+ Identify non-conforming parts or processes, initiate corrective actions, and log findings in the quality system.

+ Maintain clean workstations, follow ESD control procedures, and adhere to safety and environmental policies.
