Assembler : Wiring / Rigging / Installation

Sportsman Boats Mfg. is looking for Assembly Associates to work in the finished assembly department to wire, install, motors and cushions, cap, rig, and finish our 20-35 ft center console boats.

What you will do:

+ Pull wires, install equipment like Yamaha outboards, Garmin systems, stereo components, navigation systems, other hardware to specification, meeting high quality standards

+ Use basic hand tools and power equipment (miter saw, reciprocating saw, drill, driver, etc.) 

+ Build T-tops and consoles

+ Inspect parts for accuracy and quality

+ Follow safety procedures

+ Maintain area tools and equipment

+ Able to read and interpret manufacturing schedules

+ Able to read and understand units of measure

+ Physically able to climb in and out of boats 

+ Work as a part of a team in a fast paced production environment
