Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly & Yard Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual who enjoys a hands-on role within a busy production and yard environment.

Working as part of the operations team, you will be responsible for completing the final assembly of products, preparing orders for dispatch, and supporting yard activities to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out final assembly tasks, including fitting nuts, bolts, locks, push pads, and other components
Accurately pick, label, and pack customer orders from order sheets
