Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and setup of service center in different branches.
• Define the standards for layout, tooling and workflow to ensure optimal assembly efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate performance metrics, establish SOPs, and implement process improvements that increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Oversee the Assembly Supervisors and technical staff to ensure all activities are aligned with operational objectives.
• Direct and standardize rehabilitation processes for old stocks, including inspection, diagnosis, repair and testing.
• Consolidate reports from all service centers, summarizing operational efficiency, assembly progress and quality performance.
• Work closely with different departments for synchronized job order execution.
