**Pay Rate:** $17.61/hr
**Shift:** 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)

**Role Summary:**
We manufacture relays and switches for the aerospace industry. As an Assembly Operator I, you will assemble components using hand tools, microscopes, and fixtures according to work instructions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with others, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

**Skills:**


+ Component assembly using small tools and microscopes
+ Inspection and quality control of finished work
+ Measurement using calipers, gages, and other devices
+ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
+ Basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs
+ Good communication and teamwork
+ Organizational skills for maintaining a clean work area
