Assembly Operator

We're hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in assembling precision optical products (binoculars). No prior binocular experience required—training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble binoculars using work instructions
• Handle small precision parts with care
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Report defects and maintain cleanliness
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Meet production targets and communicate with the team
• Open to shift work and overtime

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 20/20 vision (with or without glasses)
• Excellent hand dexterity and no sweaty palms
• Detail-oriented, patient, and eager to learn
• Team player with at least 1 year in assembly or manufacturing
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
