Falcon is seeking an experienced Assembly Shop Supervisor to oversee the final assembly area, stores, and dispatch of finished goods and spare parts, ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, and on‑time delivery. The role focuses on coordinating staff activities, monitoring production performance, maintaining inventory control, and enforcing quality , health and safety , and housekeeping standards .

Requirements

This position is suited to a hands‑on leader with strong organisational and people management skills, holding a National Senior Certificate and bringing 3–5 years’ experience in a production or stores environment , including at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role .
