Assembly Shop Supervisor

Falcon is seeking a hands-on Assembly Shop Supervisor to manage final assembly, stores, and dispatch operations while ensuring smooth workflow, high quality standards, and on-time delivery. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating production activities, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

• National Senior Certificate
• 3–5 years' experience in a production or stores environment
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/managerial experience
• Strong people management and inventory control skills
