ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
Perform machines assembly and modification, debug and test run according to required specifications, drawings and work instructions
Able to perform PP and Aluminum profile cutting base on the released Mechanical drawing.
Able to perform PP welding base on the required specification especially on Tank welding.
Set up and calibrate machines to meet desired specifications
Conduct QC checks on mechanical parts and electrical components
Install, test and commission new machines at customers' sites
Assist Engineers in problem-solving, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair
Support Engineers in R&D activities to develop new machines
Ensure good housekeeping and safe working environment in assembly workshop
Perform other technical tasks as assigned by Management
Able to read mechanical /electrical drawings is an added advantage
Perform 6S + Housekeeping in working area or production floor.
