Assembly Technician

I. JOB SUMMARY

Performs the Stamping Tool Die Assembly and Dis-Assembly process to the highest quality standard in conformance to customer satisfaction. Ensure that the work instructions are being followed in all areas and process of work.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Execution

• Shall perform and follow work instructions as provided in the Team/Group Leader/Supervisor.
• Performs assembly and trial process based on the drawing and data that given by the Leader / Supervisor.
• Operate Press Machine and other machines as necessary for trial process and maintain the good condition.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior.
• Comply with stamping tool die assembly systems and procedures.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Shall perform daily checklist for microscopes, 5'S checklist, movable crane, bench lathe and all related on assembly area.
