Assembly & Test Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 3–5 years' experience in oilfield services, preferably in subsea equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Strong problem-solving, team-building, and initiative-driven abilities to resolve issues and meet schedule requirements.
• Demonstrates organizational values, personnel policies, and citizenship principles.
