• Partner with Assessing business leaders, QA teams, Motor Vehicle Assessors, Investigations, Recoveries, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement
• Sydney (preferred)/Melbourne/Brisbane CBD location – hybrid office/ work from home

Deliver high quality induction, technical and capability uplift training for Motor Vehicle Assessors and other identified audience groups, contributing to a consistent national standard of technical excellence. The role facilitates learning, assesses competence against the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal standards, and provides insights to strengthen the design and continuous improvement of assessor learning under the governance and approval of the National Assessing Capability Lead.
