Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate induction, technical, systems and process training for new and existing Motor Vehicle Assessors (virtual, on site, and blended)

  • Deliver approved upskill and refresher training programs aligned to Assessing and Motor Claims standards

  • Deliver external repairer/partner training enablement solutions as approved by the National Assessing Capability Lead

  • Conduct competence assessments aligned to the Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing and internal assessment tools

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the National Assessing Capability Lead regarding improvements to learning solutions.

    • What you’ll bring:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment – Required (or a commitment to obtain the qualification within 12 months)

  • Technical proficiency in assessing systems and tools (e.g., ClaimCenter, Solera AudaNet/AudaWatch)
