Job Summary

The Asset Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing company assets such as tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials assigned to construction projects. The role ensures proper utilization, safekeeping, documentation, and timely mobilization/demobilization of assets to support smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all company assets (tools, equipment, machinery, PPE, vehicles).
• Monitor asset issuance, transfers, returns, and deployment to project sites.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of assets for projects.
• Ensure proper documentation (asset receiving reports, transfer forms, gate passes).
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation with records.
