Asset Integrity Engineer

Reports To:

Engineering Manager

As an Asset Integrity Engineer, you will manage, initiate, and design solutions to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will facilitate the Quality Control program for pressure systems and ensure strict adherence to established programs.

Responsibilities

Manage the QC Program for pressure vessels and pressure piping, including engineering drawings, material specifications, cost estimates, and invoices for materials; inspections of pressure equipment to CSA and ASME codes; reporting and work instructions where applicable.

Manage and maintain the CKP Pressure Systems Manual.

Ensure that the QC program(s) and applicable codes and standards are adhered to.

Assist in the management of the Mill Asset Management Program, supporting efficient plant operations and minimizing downtime.

Assist in building the strategic plan for the CKP Asset Management Program.
