We are seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to lead the asset integrity and engineering function for OranjeWind. This senior role is responsible for the wind farm’s long-term technical performance, reliability, and integrity across all systems, including turbines, electrical infrastructure, balance of plant (BoP), and OT systems. The role oversees maintenance strategy, engineering governance, and continuous improvement to optimize availability, reliability, and lifecycle value.

RWE is currentlyconstructing the OranjeWind offshore wind farm in the Netherlands,85kilometers off the coast of Den Helder with a capacity of 795 MW. Featuring the latest high-tech Vestas V236 15 MW turbines, OranjeWind will deliver first power in 2027.
