Asset Inventory Custodian

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To maintain custody of all Branch inventory stock of pipes, fittings, pump materials, office supplies, and other Warehouse items.
• To oversee branch assets and generate regular reports on inventory and assets for the Admin Supervisor/Branch Manager, Asset Manager, and accounting department.
• To monitor branch materials, supplies, equipment, and furniture, addressing any quality concerns and delivering required reports when necessary to Quality Assurance Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Information Technology or any related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must be organized and keen to details
• Must be independent, able to work with minimal supervision
• Having a past work experience related with the posting is an advantage
