Asset Inventory Staff

* Assist in the conduct of physical inventory of fixed assets across all company locations.
* Ensure accurate tagging, labeling, and encoding of fixed assets into the fixed asset register or monitoring system.
* Help in reconciling physical count results with accounting records and report discrepancies.
* Maintain proper documentation of asset movements, disposals, and acquisitions.
* Support the updating of the fixed asset ledger and assist in monthly and annual reports as needed.
* Coordinate with departments for asset movement tracking and ensure location records are updated.
* Assist in implementing asset control procedures and policies across the organization.
* Participate in periodic audits and provide necessary documentation or reports.
* Must be willing to travel to offsite locations for asset verification and tagging.
* Able to render overtime during inventory schedules or deadline periods.
