- Review, interpret, and validate software and IT hardware contracts, quotes, and renewals to ensure alignment with internal standards and budget.
- Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records, including ownership, cost, and usage data, in ServiceNow.
- Track renewals, license usage, and support agreements; raise flags for noncompliance or overspending risks.
- Ensure software and hardware assets are acquired and managed in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze asset utilization and recommend optimization or rationalization opportunities.
