Asset Management Analyst — U.S. Multifamily Real Estate Private Equity (India-based, Remote)
A U.S.-based multifamily real estate private equity firm operating in joint venture structures with institutional equity partners, is hiring for an Asset Management Analyst — India-based and fully remote, working directly with senior leadership on live portfolio activity. This is a high-ownership position, not support or maintenance function, and requires candidates with genuine principal-side real estate experience supporting owner/operator or sponsor-side investment decisions.
The Asset Management Analyst role requires 2–6 years of experience embedded with a U.S. multifamily owner, operator, or KPO serving operators, with hands-on Yardi Voyager use, monthly close and budget-vs-actual variance analysis, NOI reporting, and investor reporting to institutional or JV partners.
