The role focuses on:

+ Developing templates and governance documentation, and support the delivery of assetmanagement strategies and lifecycle outputs using internal system (ADT)
+ Supporting the preparation and maintenance of asset registers, condition data, andcompliance information for asset management and building compliance projects.
+ Co-ordinating BWOF and building compliance requirements using our internal softwaresystem (BICS)Providing project and data support to the Asset Management and Building Compliance teams, including spreadsheet preparation, report formatting, and document control.
