Asset Management and Corporate Finance Junior Associate
 Position: Associate Practice: , , Department: Lawyers Office: K&L Gates is seeking a junior associate (PQE 1–3 years) for its Asset and Corporate Finance team in the Milan office.
The selected candidate will join a structured department with expertise in banking law, financing transactions, securitization, real estate and corporate finance, debt capital markets, and debt restructuring.
Requirements:
Minimum experience and interest in the sector
Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
Good knowledge of IT tools
Strong team-working attitude
