At K&L Gates, we are looking for smart and talented associates (up to 4 years PQE) to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice in our Milan office. 

The ideal candidate will have past experience and knowledge accrued in the specific area of law both on the regulatory and transactional sides. More in details, the candidate should have had exposure to assisting clients (LPs and manco sides) in fund formation (both contractual and statutory), fund extraordinary transactions, units and share deals, management companies replacements, authorization procedures before supervisory entities, outsourcing of relevant functions, compliance issues.
