The Role

We're looking for someone to own the operational side of our client experience. In this role, you aren't just filing papers, you are the filter that ensures our portfolios stay accurate, our schedules stay tight, and our client commitments are actually met.

You'll drive the logistics of our client accounts. This means navigating the complexities of claims processing, overseeing account updates, and high-level calendar management. If a client has a need or we have an event, you're the one ensuring the execution is seamless.
