The Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will lead asset management across Asia, owning financial and operational performance from development through operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive asset-level performance, value creation, and return optimisation
Oversee P&L, capex, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Track project execution against investment cases, timelines, and costs
Partner with development, technical, operations, and commercial teams
Prepare asset-level reporting for senior management and investors
Support valuations, refinancing, and portfolio decisions
Build and scale the regional asset management capability
