• Prepare shortfall letters, settlement schemes, and offer letters.

• Ensure timely issuance of repossession orders, follow up effectively with repossessors on outcomes, and ensure payment of repossession fees within guidelines.

• Prepare reserve prices and auction notices promptly to reduce disposal losses.

• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors or managers as needed.
