Who you'll be working for

An SOE with a diversified property portfolio is now looking for an Asset Management Lead to develop the strategies to maximize the asset performance and profit. He / She has to lead a 10+ team to implement innovative ideas to rebrand the portfolio.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

10+ years with a leadership role in Real Estate Asset Management with a related bachelor’s degree

Strong market analysis expertise and network.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting and negotiations.
