Job Description

As a Vice President / Associate in the Product Development Team, you will join our team in Taiwan, supporting our businesses in Taiwan and Korea. As you gain experience and product knowledge, your role will evolve, providing you with a dynamic and enriching career path.


Job responsibilities

  • Draft local fund documents for Taiwan Onshore Funds, Hong Kong Unit Trusts registered in Taiwan and Luxembourg SICAVs that are registered in Taiwan and Korea
  • Liaising with internal parties, external legal counsel and regulatory authorities for new fund registrations and product management matters. Respond to regulator’s questions in a timely and professional manner to closely track the registration progress
