A leading institution is seeking an experienced and proactive Asset Manager to join their Estates & Facilities Services team initially on a 6 Month Contract.

The Role
As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance activity across multiple campuses, including: • Long-term and preventative maintenance planning • Compliance inspections and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building fabric assets • Management of Direct Maintenance Services and minor works programmes • Overseeing in-house teams and external contractors • Ensuring all activities are compliant with Health & Safety and environmental regulations • Supporting the development of long-term maintenance strategies and budgets • Leading, moti...
