Job Description
Qualifications Post Secondary education or two years experience in Asset Management planning and asset life‑cycles, and accounting.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of LSCFN’s history, culture, demographics, goals and aspirations.
Knowledge of a broad range of functions of all LSCFN departments and programs.
Experience with asset management planning and implementation
Knowledge of materials, methods, techniques, tools and equipment requirements for construction projects.
Knowledge of vehicle, machinery, and heavy equipment maintenance and repair requirements
Understanding of accounting principles in relation to Asset Management
Understanding of Asset Management accepted best practices
Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do asset life‑cycle estimates
Experience with SAGE accounting software including asset accounting modules.
