Asset Manager (Information Technology)

Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Establish, maintain, and update the data center asset ledger. Regularly reconcile the asset ledger with financial records in accordance with company accounting policies. Ensure physical and recorded assets are consistent through regular inventory audits. Develop and implement physical asset management processes to ensure asset security, completeness, and efficient utilization. Ensure asset inbound/outbound work orders meet SLA service targets. Manage the full lifecycle of equipment, including signing additional maintenance contracts after warranty expiration, handling equipment decommissioning after 4–5 years of depreciation, and overseeing RMA (return/repair management) processes. Support delivery-related operations by collaborating with system integrators, data centers, and warehouses, while coordinating communication between logistics providers and suppliers.
