• Deliver Asset Management services for multiple our customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal our stakeholders.
• Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers IB data.
• Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
• Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.
