Role Purpose
The Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value, utilization, and lifecycle of the company's physical and real estate assets. This role is hands-on, focusing on the strategic oversight of construction machinery, rental fleets, and property holdings to ensure peak operational efficiency and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment & Fleet Management
Oversee the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of heavy construction machinery and rental equipment.
Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance Programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of high-value machinery.
Track equipment utilization to determine the optimal timing for repairs, sales, or new acquisitions.
