Asset Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Asset Manager will be responsible for strategic oversight, performance and lifecycle management of all critical infrastructure assets within the company’s High Performance Computing (HPC) data centers. This role ensures that all facility systems—including electrical, mechanical, HVAC and environmental infrastructure—are operated, maintained, and optimized to deliver maximum reliability, efficiency and longevity.

This position is suited for an experienced professional in data center or mission‑critical facility operations, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies and infrastructure interdependencies. The Asset Manager will play a central role in developing and executing maintenance programs, optimizing asset performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting capacity planning and operational scalability.
