In your role you will provide full asset‑level management across a diverse, cross‑sector portfolio on behalf of multiple client funds. You will take responsibility for identifying, shaping and delivering value‑enhancing initiatives, ensuring that assets perform in line with fund objectives during the period of maternity leave.



**How you'll spend your time...**



+ Manage a cross‑sector portfolio of assets on behalf of multiple client funds.

+ Identify and deliver value‑add opportunities to enhance asset and fund performance, including the strategic assessment of planning, permitted development and change‑of‑use potential.

+ Develop, maintain and implement clear asset‑level business plans and strategies.

+ Provide asset‑level advice and recommendations to Fund Managers and support investor reporting requirements.
