Asset Manager

Role Purpose

The Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value, utilization, and lifecycle of the company’s physical and real estate assets. This role is hands‑on, focusing on the strategic oversight of construction machinery, rental fleets, and property holdings to ensure peak operational efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment & Fleet Management

   Oversee the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of heavy construction machinery and rental equipment.

   • Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance Programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of high‑value machinery.
   • Track equipment utilization to determine the optimal timing for repairs, sales, or new acquisitions.
2. Real Estate & Facilities Oversight

   Manage the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring all properties are compliant with local Valenzuela City regulations and zoning laws.
