Asset Officer

Morgan Hunt is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Asset / Maintenance Officer to help deliver an efficient, cost‑effective property maintenance service. This is a temporary post for around 8 weeks minimum.

The Role Will Involve

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reactive and void property maintenance, including inspections, raising works orders and monitoring contractor performance
• Carry out pre‑ and post‑inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee estate services including landscaping and cleaning contracts
• Support the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
• Monitor contractor performance and manage projects to agreed KPIs
• Process alterations, medical adaptations, insurance claims and compensation applications
• Monitor budgets, authorise invoices and ensure value for money
• Support tenant safety compliance, including damp & mould inspections
