POSITION OVERVIEW
The Asset Protection & Internal Audit Manager is a high-stakes leadership role dedicated to eliminating financial leakages, investigating internal anomalies, and ensuring 100% compliance across all Philippine branches and the Head Office. This role is specifically designed to identify and prosecute internal theft, fraud, and gross negligence by store management and staff.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Forensic Loss Prevention & Investigation:
- Conduct daily reviews of high-risk POS transactions, including voids, refunds, No Sales, and manual discounts, to identify patterns of supervisor-level theft.
